How to keep Edupledge supportive, honest, and safe.

Build people up
Encourage effort without pressuring, humiliating, ranking, or shaming someone.
Respect boundaries, blocks, and decisions not to join a pledge.
Use inclusive language. Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, sexual solicitation, and targeted abuse are prohibited.
Share safely
Do not post addresses, live locations, phone numbers, passwords, private timetables, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
Keep other people out of photos unless they know and agree to be included.
Do not upload sexual content, nudity, graphic violence, illegal content, or content encouraging self-harm or dangerous behaviour.
Do not share confidential coursework, restricted exam materials, or content you do not own or have permission to use.
Keep pledges honest
Record only study, attendance, and screen-time activity that genuinely happened.
Do not reuse proof to obtain duplicate credit or manipulate device, calendar, location, or restriction evidence.
Do not coordinate false approvals, reports, votes, outcomes, or reward claims.
No spam or manipulation
Do not impersonate another person or organisation.
Do not send repetitive requests, scams, misleading opportunities, or unwanted commercial messages.
Do not exploit bugs, create evasion accounts, scrape students, or interfere with Edupledge.
What happens after a report
Reports enter a private moderation process. The reported person is not told who reported them through the standard flow. Moderators may review the content, evidence signals, and report reason, then dismiss the report, remove content, adjust progress, restrict features, or suspend an account.
False or abusive reporting is itself a breach. Good-faith reports are welcome even when a moderator ultimately decides no action is needed.

Before publication, the operator must confirm processor roles and contracts, international-transfer safeguards, provider-side deletion, backup deletion, moderation-record retention, and the study-photo AI provider’s data handling.
